Estudillo Estates

Enchanting Love at First Sight!  Is it witchcraft… or is it love?

Welcome to your storybook haven — a 1931 Tudor touched by just the right amount of magic, nestled in the heart of beloved Estudillo Estates. From the moment you see its graceful wood shake roof and glimmering copper gutters, you’ll feel its spell take hold. The garden, alive with color and character, seems to whisper promises of cozy mornings and candlelit evenings.

Inside, a warm and inviting living room greets you with a welcoming fireplace and sunlight streaming through multi-pane windows — a space where laughter and memories easily unfold. It flows beautifully into a gracious dining room, perfect for autumn gatherings and festive celebrations.
Beyond lies a beautifully updated kitchen — a delightful blend of vintage character and modern touches, featuring marble countertops, subway tile, and stainless steel appliances. An adjoining breakfast nook, framed with built-in cabinetry, invites everything from morning coffee to after-school chatter.
Toward the back of the home awaits a sunlit family room — its high, beamed ceilings and French doors creating an airy retreat. Beyond the doors, the enchantment continues: a brick patio, a pétanque court, and a garden oasis that feels worlds away. Here, mornings begin softly and evenings end with starlight and stories.

Upstairs, three generous bedrooms and a charming retro bath offer comfort, character, and room to dream. Every window reveals a glimpse of beauty — dappled sunlight, leafy views, and the peaceful rhythm of a neighborhood known for its warmth and community spirit.
Outside, Estudillo Estates comes alive each fall — tree-lined streets, friendly neighbors, and a Halloween night that feels straight out of a fairytale, when the sidewalks fill with joyful trick-or-treaters and the whole neighborhood seems to glow.

To see it is to fall in love.  Come by, stay a while… stay forever!

about this

Neighborhood

San Leandro is a small city just south of Oakland. Its east side stretches up into the hills of the East Bay Regional Park District. The west side is flatter and has the advantage of the San Francisco Bay shoreline, public golf course, and marina. Homes for sale in San Leandro can be traced through the decades -- from the 1910s to the present day. A wide variety of architectural styles is found in north San Leandro. Dramatic, hillside contemporary homes, many of which feature expansive bay and canyon views, are the hallmark of the Bayo Vista neighborhood. Charming, older homes sit along the winding streets of the Estudillo Estates and Broadmoor Districts. Most of the city's ranch-style homes lie towards the Marina, along with some newer, custom-home developments. San Leandro is proud of its small-town feel and boasts a Wednesday farmers' markets, several annual festivals, and an increasing number of locally owned restaurants and coffee houses. San Leandro’s commute options are excellent: it has its own Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station, transbay buses, and easy access to Interstate 880 and Interstate 580 for trips to the Silicon Valley or San Francisco.
